Your safety, comfort and dignity are our top priorities. You deserve a safe and respectful experience throughout your driving session.
Respectful Experience
You have the right to be treated with respect, professionalism and dignity at all times, without discrimination or inappropriate behaviour.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Eve-teasing, harassment, inappropriate comments, personal advances or any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable are strictly prohibited.
No Inappropriate Contact
You should never experience unwanted physical contact or any violation of your personal space and boundaries.
Professional Communication
Communication during your session should remain professional and relevant to your driving training. You should not be subjected to personal, sexual or inappropriate remarks.
Your Privacy Matters
Your personal information and contact details should not be misused, shared or used for purposes unrelated to your Upride booking or training.
Speak Up If You Feel Uncomfortable
If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point, you have the right to ask the instructor to stop the behaviour and report the incident to Upride.
Report a Safety Concern
You can report any inappropriate behaviour, harassment or safety concern through the appropriate Upride support channel. Your concerns will be taken seriously.
Strict Action
Reported incidents may be reviewed and investigated. Confirmed violations may result in strikes, suspension or revocation of the instructor's platform access.
Legal Action
Upride reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases involving serious misconduct, harassment, abuse or other violations of applicable law.
