The refund policy for UPRIDE User App is as follows:
- 24-hour cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time will be fully refunded.
- Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson start time will not be eligible for a direct refund. You will be redirected to our Support team, and post approval from the team, your refund will be processed.
- Missed lessons: If a lesson is missed or not taken for any reason, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Technical issues: In case of any technical difficulties with the app or website, a full refund will be provided.
- Refund method: Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to book the lesson.
- Lesson quality issues: If there are any issues with the quality of the lesson or the instructor, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the lesson. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
- Special offers: Refunds are not available for any special offers or promotions.
- Policy changes: Please note that this policy is subject to change, and the company reserves the right to make final decisions on refund requests.
