Refund Policy
The refund policy for UPRIDE User App is as follows:
- If Instructor is not Assigned: If instructor not assigned then 1000rs will be cancellation charges for either 2w or 4w training. 2000rs will be cancellation charges for both 2w and 4w training taken.
- If Instructor is Assigned.: If instructor is assigned then 2000rs will be cancellation charges for either 2w or 4w training. 3000rs will be cancellation charges for both 2w and 4w training taken.
- Missed lessons: If a lesson is missed or not taken for any reason, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Technical issues: In case of any technical difficulties with the app or website, a full refund will be provided.
- Refund method: Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to book the lesson within 7-10 working days
- Lesson quality issues: If you encounter any issues with the quality of the lesson or the instructor, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of the lesson. Upride will review the concern and take appropriate corrective action, including instructor reassignment or rescheduling of lessons where necessary. A full refund will be provided only if Upride is unable to reasonably resolve the issue. Changes such as instructor reassignment or a delay in the lesson start date due to operational reasons shall not qualify for a full refund.
- Special offers: Refunds are not available for any special offers or promotions.
- LL Application Created: If LL application is created, then for single License(either 2w or 4w) 2000 rs will be applicable cancellation charges, for both license (2+4) 2500 will be applicable charges
- LL Application Not created: If LL application is not created yet then for single License(either 2w or 4w) - 1000 rs cancellation charges will be applicable. For both (2+4 wheeler ) license 1500 cancellation charges will be applicable.
- Other Add Ons: Other types of Add-ons like Damage Protection, Lady Instructor etc. are not refundable
- RTO Services: RTO services like Change of Address, FC, RC Transfer, DL Renewal are subject to application creation. Minimum of 1000rs to 50% of booking amount can be cancellation charges.
